Major rat problem resolved in just one visit!

Good morning.
 I would just like to say thankyou. Not only did Chris and his amazing Max come out very quickly he managed to solve the quite serious rat problem we had before it developed even further. After just purchasing the property we realised there was a rat problem to which the previous owner had someone come round and just kept putting rat bait down, in fact there were 7 x 5Kg tubs up there!. But rather than Chris coming in and just following suit, he actually spent time around the property conducting a thorough investigation.  Chris found there was apparently a redundant/disused drain into the house. he soon resolved the problem thus sorting out our rat problem once and for all, all this without a single bag of bait being deployed. Chris proved to be very knowledgeable and with Max his Jack Russell, thwey make a great team!  Chris is even coming around after I have removed the rat infested insulation and will disinfect the loft space - once again a very good service..

Mothes - The .Organic' option!

Chris came to our rescue at a time of crisis. When we discovered our home was infested with thousands of house moths due to our new, chemically untreated, wool underlay/carpet.

Chris proved to be kind, flexible and hard working. Because of asthma/allergies we were unable to use the usual potent chemical treatments. Instead he sourced an organic natural insecticide which helped. Simultaneously Chris rolled up his sleeves and worked alongside us to deep clean and remove moth eggs by non chemical means. 

Chris was able to "think outside the box".  He was also reasonably priced. I am glad to say with Chris's help the moths have now gone. Thank you Chris for being such a star! Your help was greatly appreciated.
